摘要
通过对某钢筒仓倒塌事故的剖析, 指出倒塌的根本原因是由于吊挂钢漏斗的埋件设计失误所致, 对倒塌的过程和机理作了全面的论述, 提出了连接钢漏斗的埋设件正确的计算方法和构造方案。并引用了国内外研究成果详细论述了贮仓中贮料的各种流动方式及其压力变化规律、偏心卸料对料压力的影响、不对称荷载对贮仓的影响。
Through the analysis of a steel drum bin collapse accident, It was pointed out that the fundamental cause for the collapse is due to the wrong design of embedded parts of hanging steel hopper. The process and mechanism of the collapse were described in the whole, and the correct calculation method and construction plan for the embedded parts connecting steel hopper were proposed. Various flow modes for material in the storage bin, the pressure variation laws, effect of eccentric discharge on material pressure and effect of asymmetric load on storage bin etc. were described in detail with the citation of study achievement at home and abroad.
