摘要
分析了旋风除尘器现用耐磨措施,提出了在旋风除尘器易磨部位设置料盒来抵抗磨损的新型耐磨技术通过现场试验研究证实,它可提高旋风除尘器的性能,并使其使用寿命延长5～10倍,具有良好的社会、经济效益图3,表3。
The paper analyzes the existing wear-resistant techniques in the cyclone collector and presents an active wear-resistant technique that is new and unique,which prolongs service life of the cyclone collector 5～10 times, benefits to the reliability and practicality of it testified by experiment. There has high economical and social benefits in using this technique.3figs.,3tabs.,6refs.
