帕金森病模型大鼠与正常大鼠外侧缰核神经元放电频率变化比较

摘要 帕金森病(PD)是一种进行性的神经系统变性疾病。PD的病理改变不局限于黑质纹状体多巴胺能系统,研究发现在PD患者和动物也有边缘系统形态或(和)功能的变化。在PD病人中有40%存在抑郁症状,这种抑郁症状可早于运动症状出现[1]。位于背侧间脑的外侧缰核(LHb),
