摘要 强直性脊柱炎(Ankylosing Spondylitis,AS)是一种慢性病程,以侵犯中轴关节为主,为类风湿因子阴性的脊柱关节病,属于自身免疫性疾病,好发于16-30岁的青年。血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)是一种强烈的丝裂原,同时也是血管生成激活分子,
