摘要
受当今社会和各方面环境的影响,企业管理中惯用的招聘策略已经不再适应校园招聘的要求,校园招聘中广泛存在心理契约构建不合理等方面的问题。文章从心理契约的视角出发,通过分析校园招聘对象的个性特征,提出了相应的对策。
