摘要 间充质干细胞(MSCs)因免疫调节、多向分化等功能而日益受到重视,但体外多次扩增后或在某些疾病中,MSCs有衰老迹象,表现为形态上出现衰老的变化、增殖速度及能力逐渐减低,分化潜能改变等。MSCs的衰老在疾病的发生中可能起重要作用。系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者MSCs表现为生长缓慢,成骨呈脂肪能力异常,提示SLE是一种MSCs病,现就MSCs衰老与SLE的关系予以综述。 The study of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)has been prevailing due to their immunomodulation and multipotent differentiation.However,following multiple generations of culture in vitro or in some diseases,MSCs are senescent,manifesting as morphological senescence,reduced proliferation,and altered differentiation potential.MSCs senescence is likely to play an important role in some disorders.Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)exhibits a decreasing proliferation of MSCs and aberrant osteogenic and adipogenic potentials,suggesting that SLE is a disorder of MSCs.This article reviews the association of MSCs senescence with SLE.
