摘要 肝脏合成的多肽hepcidin是控制肠道铁吸收,调节机体铁稳态的体液因子,在慢性肾脏病患者的铁代谢调控中起着重要作用。在慢性肾脏病时,hepcidin的调节和表达与肾小球滤过率、铁状态、炎症、促红细胞生成素的应用等有关。通过测定hepcidin含量,可能对正确评估慢性肾脏病患者的铁状态、指导补铁治疗、预测促红细胞生成素的治疗反应有一定价值。 Hepcidin is a polypeptide synthesized by liver that controls the intestinal absorption of iron and regulates the iron homeostasis in vivo as a humoral factor.It plays an essential role in the iron metabolism regulation in chronic kidney disease patients.In the context of chronic kidney disease,the regulation and expression of hepcidin is associated with glomerular infiltration rate,iron status,inflammation,and use of erythropoietin.The measurement of hepcidin is potentially useful to accurately evaluate the iron status,monitor the iron supplementation treatment,and predict the treatment response to erythropoietin.
