摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是一组能特异性降解细胞外基质成分的Zn2+依赖的蛋白水解酶多基因家族,在中性pH值下发挥作用,Ca2+是维持其稳定性的重要离子,包括20多种家族成员,表达和激活都受到严密的调控。明胶酶是MMPs中最重要的一类,近年来发现明胶酶在小儿心血管疾病中表达及活性过度增强,参与心脏组织及脉管系统的重构,可引起心血管系统损害,最终导致心功能恶化。现就近几年来明胶酶与小儿心血管疾病的关系予以综述。 Matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs)that plays an important role in neutral pH value are a family of zinc-containing endopeptidases.MMPs cleave the whole component of the extracellular matrix,containing approximately 20 subunits and requiring calcium to maintain normal functions.The expression and activation of MMPs are under the precise control.Gelatinase is the most important class in MMPs.Recent years,the expression and activation of MMPs are increased in pediatric cardiovascular diseases.Gelatinase has also been found to play a significant role in the development of myocardial remodelling and congestive heart failure in children.This article aims to review the relationship between gelatinase and cardiovascular diseases in children in recent years.
