小鼠体内^(147)Pm的胎盘、乳汁转移及分布

摘要 本文研究了^(147)Pm 从妊娠晚期及泌乳BALB/C 小鼠向子代的转移,并比对其在母鼠体内主要沉积器官的分布。于BALB/C 雌性小鼠妊娠17天及分娩后1天,经尾静脉注射^(147)Pm 硝酸溶液。分别于注射后1、4、9、14和21天活杀,分析测量其在母鼠肝脏、右侧股骨、子宫,仔鼠、胎盘及胎膜中的含量。结果显示,妊娠和泌乳动物仔鼠中的^(147)Pm 含量随时间延长而增高,且泌乳动物仔鼠体内^(147)Pm 含量在注射后1天和4天分别比妊娠动物仔鼠高20多倍。妊娠晚期注射动物于1和4天,胎盘及胎膜^(147)Pm 含量均明显高于仔鼠。妊娠和泌乳组肝脏中^(147)Pm 生物半排期比对照组动物为高,骨骼中^(147)Pm 也明显高于对照动物。 The placental and lactating transfer as well as the distribution of (147)~Pm in lateprengnant or lactating mice were studied and compared with each other.Mice wereinjected intravenously with (147)~Pm nitrate at 17 days of gestation,and at 1 day afterparturition.The two groups were sacrificed 1,4,9,14 and 21 day after injection.Retentions of (147)~Pm in liver,right femur,uterus,spleen,placenta,fetal membraneand litters were determined by mehtod of liquid scintillation counting.The resultsdemonstrated that the amount of (147)~Pm in litters of both groups increased with thenumber of days of injection,that the amount of (147)~Pm in litter of lactating group was20 times as much as that in the pregnant group,and that the amounts of (147)~Pm inlivers and skeletons of pregnant and lactating dams were much greater than thosein the control group.
