乙型肝炎病毒相关性肝衰竭/重型肝炎抗病毒治疗的研究进展

Hepatitis B Virus Associated Liver Failure or Severe Hepatitis:A Review of Research Progress in Antiviral Treatment

乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)在HBV相关性肝衰竭/重型肝炎的发病过程中起重要作用。近年来,对HBV相关性肝衰竭/重型肝炎患者给予抗病毒治疗成为研究热点。通过抗病毒治疗抑制HBV复制、降低血清HBV载量,从而缓解肝脏过强的继发性免疫损伤,最终改善患者的肝功能,降低病死率。现就HBV相关性肝衰竭/重型肝炎抗病毒治疗的研究进展予以综述。

Hepatitis B virus（HBV）plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of HBV-associated liver failure or severe hepatitis.Recently,the study of antiviral therapy has been prevailing in HBV-associated liver failure/severe hepatitis.The antiviral therapy suppresses the replication of HVBV,decrease the serum load of HBV,and results in the alleviation of hypersensitive secondary immune injuries.This will finally improve the liver function and reduce the mortality.This article reviews the research progress in the antiviral therapy for HBV-associated liver failure or severe hepatitis.
