摘要
通过对近年国内外关于高三酰甘油-腰围表型(HTGW)与冠心病(CHD)相关关系的研究文献进行综述,分析具有HTGW的人群是否增加CHD和代谢综合征的发病危险率,以及能否把HT-GW作为一个测量指标对CHD的诊断作初步筛选。国外一些相关研究中,研究对象大多以欧洲人群为主,这部分人群在同时代西方人种中具有很强的代表性,但很少涉及亚洲人种。关注我国对HT-GW与CHD发病危险率的相关研究,对于提高我国CHD预防水平具有重要意义。
This article reviews the previous literatures regarding the association of hypertriglyceridemic waist phenotype （ HTGW） with coronary heart disease （ CHD） . We analyze the possibility of the increased risks of CHD and metabolic syndrome in HTGW population. We also evaluate the diagnostic role of HTGW in CHD preliminarily. Previous studies involve mainly European population,representative of Westerners rather than Asian population. The study on the association of HTGW with CHD morbidity in Chinese population plays a paramount in the prevention of CHD in China.
