Chromosome R-Banding Patterns of Normal Chinese

本文首次报道正常中国人染色体R 带带型。我们采用改良的热处理姬姆萨R 显带法(RHG),对20名正常中国人体细胞染色体进行显带研究,并依次描述染色体的R 带带型特征。其结果显示:本文所研究的系细胞分裂中中期(320条带阶段)的R 带,其特点和Dutrillaux 提供的人体细胞染色体R 带带型基本一致。本研究还表明RHG 显带法简便稳定,且带型清晰,易于识别,可作为常规应用的显带方法之一。

Chromosome banding patterns of cultured peripheral blood lymphocytes obtainedfrom 20 normal Chinese using modified RHG technique were studied.Our resultsshow that the R-banding patterns studied belong to the mid-metaphase(320-bandmetaphase stage),whose characteristics are principally similar to that described byDutrillaux。This study also proves RHG technique to be handy and stable,andthe R-banding patterns to be clear and to be examined easily.Thus,this methodmay be used routinely.
