摘要
当前,在律师实践中,青年律师的现状和发展困境不断凸显。要有效地解决青年律师在生存和发展中遇到的问题,可采取从立法上提高青年律师的政治和社会地位,律师事务所、司法行政机关和律师协会对青年律师加强扶持,青年律师加强自身修养等对策。
The difficult status of young lawyers,in terms of life and career,is notice-worthy.It is proposed to improve their social and political status with legislature measurement.The care from law offices,judicial administrative organizations,and lawyer＇s associations is also called for.Meanwhile,young lawyers should improve their own professional competence as well.
