论美国区际法律冲突解决方法之借鉴

Solutions of Interregional Conflict of Laws in U.S.A.as a Reference

区际法律冲突来源于一国之内不同的法域,但是在我国则形成了一国两制三法系四法域的特点,这种特殊的区际法律冲突影响着我国区际私法的发展,影响着我国区际法律冲突的解决。文章通过对美国区际法律冲突的解决办法进行分析,提出了适合于我国的区际法律冲突的解决办法。

Interregional conflict of laws come from one country in which within the different jurisdictions.In China,the characteristics of one country two systems three law systems and four jurisdictions affect the development of interregional law.Based on the analysis on thesolutions of American interregional conflict of laws,a suitable corresponding law is proposed.
