摘要
本文报告S-100蛋白、胶质纤维酸性蛋白,超氧化物歧化酶、胶原Ⅲ、铁蛋白等6种蛋白质的氨基酸分析结果。各蛋白的氨基酸组成及含量各有特点,并可由此提示结构与功能的联系。各蛋白的氨基酸分析数据经计算机处理可绘制标准形象图,便于识别。氨基酸分析可为鉴别蛋白提供一种有效的手段。
The results of the amino acid analysis of hydrolyzed S-100 protein,SOD,collag-en,GFAP,and Ferritin et al are reported in this paper.The characteristics of theamino acid composition of the proteins show that there may be a relationship bet-ween structure and function.The analysis data should be inputted to the computerusing our program and the special figures could be printed conveniently and clarly.It is one of methods to test protein content and purity.
