为全口活动义齿的临床分析

Clinical analysis of complete denture activities

目的探讨全口活动义齿的方法和临床疗效,为改进义齿研究提供数据支持。方法回顾性分析2008年7月～2010年7月笔者所在医院采用全口活动义齿修复的128例患者的临床资料,并以同期采用半口覆盖义齿的128例患者为对照组,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组义齿后咬合效率明显高于义齿前,但与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者义齿后并发症比较组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两组义齿方法效果良好,可根据患者意愿自行选择。

Objective To discuss the methods and clinical effect of curative of the complete denture activlties,in order to improve the research data for denture. Methods Retrospectie analysis on clinical data of the 128 patients with complete denture activities during July 2008 - July 2010 in our hospital, and by 128 patients with half from mouth overlay denture as control group, compare the clinical curative effect of two groups. Results The observation group effect after the denture occlusion was obviously higher than before, but with no significant difference compared with controls（ P 〉 0.05 ）, satisfaction of two groups of patient was no statistically significant（ P 〉 0. 05 ）, complications is not statistically significant differences between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect is good with two groups of denture method, so choose only according to patients.
