摘要
通过在实验台上模拟转子的升速过程与轴承断油过程,研究滑动轴承油膜状态演变与滑动轴承的声发射信号特征的变化关系,获得了滑动轴承油膜状态随转速的变化过程中,轴承声发射信号特征的变化规律,以及轴承突然断油时声发射信号特征参数的变化规律,为诊断转子升速过程中滑动轴承出现的润滑故障及断油故障提供实验依据。
In this paper, the relationship between the oil film state evolution of hydrodynamic bearing and AE signal characteristics of hydrodynamic bearing are studied through simulating rotor acceleration and the process of oil in bearing cutted off on test-bed. The variation of bearing' s AE signal characteristics was obtained while the oil film state of bearing changing with the rotor acceleration and the bearing oil cutted off suddenly. And these provided the experimental evidence for diagnosing lubrication and oil starvation fault of bearing while rotor accelerating.
