摘要
在甩负荷试验调节阀的动态关闭过程中,持续流入汽轮机的蒸汽和汽轮机内原有蒸汽将继续膨胀做功引起转子转速飞升。通过计算调节阀的当量关闭时间,并依据3台600MW亚临界汽轮发电机组甩负荷试验数据理论计算出机组的最大飞升转速,并与试验结果进行了比较,发现计算结果与实测值有着较好的一致性。同时分析了汽轮机调节阀的动态关闭过程对转子转速飞升的影响,并就转速飞升的影响因素进行了探讨,为机组甩负荷试验及安全稳定运行提供了参考依据。
In the closing process of control valve for load rejection tests, the steam that continuous inflow turbine and the original in it will continue to expand to cause rotor speed rise . This paper main calculates the maximum speed rise of three 600MW subcritieal units based on the data of unit load rejection tests by the means of calculating control valve equivalent closing time, theoretical and experimental results are consistent, and analysis the influence of the control valve closing process on the rotor speed rise. Last discuss the influencing factors of speed rise, It will provide a important reference for load rejection tests and the security and stability of the units.
