摘要
镧制剂能有效降低血清中磷的含量,而且不会引起肾性骨病和高钙血症,其有效性和安全性较好,是新型的磷结合剂。本文将重点介绍临床应用较多的镧制剂-碳酸镧。
Lanthanum agents can effectively decrease serum phosphorus levels,and can not attach the diseases of renal osteodystrophy and hypercalcemia.This article introduced the clinical application of lanthanum agents（lanthanum carbonate）.
