芪术运脾汤治疗虚秘30例临床疗效观察

The Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Qizhu Yunpi Decoction on Functional Constipation of 30 Cases

目的:观察芪术运脾汤治疗虚秘的疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例,治疗组服用自拟芪术运脾汤,对照组服用六味能消胶囊,治疗4周结束时观察两组疗效;随访3个月,观察两组临床疗效,并进行2χ检验。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组78.6%。3个月后随访治疗组总有效率90%,对照组67.9%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:芪术运脾汤是治疗虚秘的有效中药方。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of Qizhu Yupi Decoction for the treatment of constipation.Methods： The patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 28 cases.The treatment group was treated with the Qizhu Yunpi Decoction and the control group was treated with Liuwei Nengxiao capsules.Treating the two groups for four-week courses,we inspected the clinical effects of the two groups for 3 months,clinical efficacy was observed and tested.Results： After four weeks,the total effective rate in treatment group was 93.3% and control group was 78.6%.After 3 months the effective rate treatment group was 90% and control group was 67.9%,there were significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion： QiZhuYunPi decoction was an effective prescription of Chinese medicine for treating constipation.
