With the rapid development of information society and information technology, we should carry out the reforms of infor- mation technology basic education curriculum system under the new curriculums, especially, raising awareness, changing concepts of education, update, strengthen teaching staff, to effectively improve the quality of teaching. As the Gannan Tibetan areas in Gansu Province, this reform is particularly important.
