婴幼儿支气管肺炎血清心肌酶变化及其临床意义

The change and clinical significance of serum myocardial enzymes in bronchopneumonia baby and infant

目的研究婴幼儿支气管肺炎患儿血清心肌酶的变化,为临床医生在诊治过程中采取综合措施提供依据。方法选择住院支气管肺炎患儿140例,另选58例门诊健康儿童作为对照组,采用全自动生化分析仪测定支气管肺炎患儿及对照组儿童血清天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及其同功酶(LDH1)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)及其同功酶(CK-MB)等多项心肌酶指标。结果支气管肺炎组患儿血清心肌酶谱水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血清心肌酶谱检查在婴幼儿支气管肺炎的发病过程中具有临床监测意义。

Objective To study the change of serum myocardial enzymes in bronchopneumonia baby and infant,in order to provide the basis for clinician in the diagnosis process to take the synthesis measure.Methods Selected 140 cases of hospitalized children with bronchial pneumonia as bronchopneumonia group,58 cases outpatient as a control group of healthy children.AST,LDH,LDH1,CK,CK-MB,α-HBDH were analyzed by automatic biochemical analyzer.Results The level of bronchopneumonia group baby＇s serum myocardial enzyme is higher than the control group obviously（P0.01）.Conclusion The serum myocardial enzymes has the clinical monitor significance in the babies and infants bronchopneumonia＇s morbidity process.
