摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,广大中小企业在国民经济中的作用越来越大,但困扰中小企业融资难的问题并没有得到根本解决。场外交易的服务对象明确,门槛较低,退出渠道畅通,信息交流充分,弥补了场内市场的局限性,有助于破解中小企业融资难题,为各类中小企业提供便利的上市和融资服务,也为风险资本开拓了新的退出渠道。
With the rapid development of Chinese economics,SMEs play more and more important role in the national economy.However,the obstacle of enterprises＇ financing is still not solved.The OTC market has the features of clear service objects,easy enter,wide channels and information share system,which can solve the shortcomings of on-exchange capital markets and support the financing of SMEs.This article puts forward the detailed measures mainly on solving the financing problems of SMEs using OTC market,hoping to work out the financing problems with the help of direct financing.
