摘要
本文深入研究了职业卫生职能调整背景和最新政策动向,对职业卫生职能改革与保障劳动者要点进行了分析。认为职业卫生监督管理关系到劳动者身体健康和生命安全,关系劳动力资源和经济的可持续发展。政府应当高度重视劳动者健康保障,健全完善职业卫生管理制度,关注农民工劳动者权益,加大卫生监督力度,建立保护劳动者长效机制。
This article studies the functions of occupational health policies to adjust the background and the latest trends.The reform of the functions of occupational health policies and security workers points were analyzed.It is considered that supervision and management of occupational health relates to workers health and safety,labor and sustainable economic development resources.The government should give high priority to health protection of workers,improve and perfect the management system of occupational health,concern for labor rights of migrant workers,scale up of health supervision,and construct long-term mechanism for the protection of workers.
