心房电重构与钾离子通道的关系及其机制

摘要 房颤的发生和维持与心房电重构密切相关。心房电重构的发生与心房肌钾离子通道的电流的变化、通道蛋白合成、通道mRAN表达的改变密切相关。因此,研究钾离子通道与心房电重构的关系有利于明确房颤的发生机制。 Appearance and maintenance of atrial fibrillation is closely related to atrial electrical remodeling,atrial electrical remodeling is closely related to the current changes of the potassium channel of atrial muscles,changes of potassium channel's protein synthesis,changes of potassium channel's mRNA expression.Therefore,studying the relations between the potassium channel and atrial electrical remodeling is beneficial to clear and definite mechanisms of atrial fibrillation.
