摘要
10年来对股骨颈骨折的多方面临床研究表明,可根据临床资料和术前放射性核素骨显像,预测股骨头缺血坏死的程度;我们强调早期无创伤复位和固定,以保护股骨头残存血供,避免股骨头进一步受损;重视复位质量,有选择地开展切开复位与带蒂植骨,改进内固定方法,以及根据骨折后股骨上端生物力学改变而新设计的内固定系统的应用,有可能降低股骨头晚期塌陷的发生率。
After a comprehensive clinical study of fracture of the femoral neck in last 10years,we could predict the degree of avascular necrosis of the femoral headaccording to the clinical data and preoperative nuclide bone imaging.Theimportance of early atraumatic reduction and fixation of the fracture was stressedin order to maintant the residual blood supply and to avoid further trauma to thehead.An anatomical reduction of fracture,selective open reduction and pedicledbone graft,improvement of method of internal fixation,and the use of a newlydesigned internal fixation device according to the biomechanical changes of theupper end of the femur of the fracture may decrease the incidence of latesegmental collapse of femoral head
