摘要
通过盆栽试验,研究了4个叶菜类(23个品种)对砷的累积差异。结果表明,不同叶菜对砷的累积不同,同种叶菜不同品种对As的累积也不同。高产匙梗白菜、穿山柳菜心、尖叶中花芥菜和黄心白芹菜等品种含砷量相对较低。根据叶菜生物量和含砷量等指标综合评价,认为在此砷污染土壤上不宜种植叶菜类,可考虑种植食用部位污染物累积少的作物,如瓜果类蔬菜和果树等。
A pot experiment was carried out to study differences among 4 kinds of leaf vegetables (23 varieties) in accumulation of arsenic. The results showed that significant differences were found among the cultivars of leaf vegetables. Cabbage(Gaochantigeng), brassica paraehinensis(Chuanshanliu), mustard(Jinyezhonghua) and celery(Huangxinbai) were in the group of low-accumulation cuhivars. Considering furthermore the yield and arsenic concentrations of leaf vegetables, the kind of leaf vegetables are not feasible to be planted on the arsenic-contaminated soil. Therefore, it is suitable to plant the crops with low arsenic in grains, for example, the kinds of melon and fruit vegetables and fruit trees.
