摘要 袋接法是应用最广泛的桑树嫁接方法。针对桑树袋接过程中人工削接穗需要专业技术人员操作,且工作效率低、劳动强度大的问题,以自动化、省力化为目的,研制电动桑树接穗切削机。根据电刨子的工作原理,设计出"V"形刨刀,并加入传动系统、剪切和固定装置,使研制的电动桑树接穗切削机具有结构简单、成本低廉、自动省力、工作效率和嫁接成活率高的特点。生产试验表明,用电动桑树接穗切削机削制的接穗质量完全能达到桑树嫁接的要求,嫁接成活率达90%以上,工作效率是人工切削的3.5倍以上。 Pocket grafting is the most widely used mulberry grafting method. However, scions for mulberry pocket grafting need to be prepared by professional skillful workers. Besides, it is a low efficiency and labor intensive operation. With the goal of achieving mechanization and labor-saving, an electric mulberry scion cutting machine was developed. According to the working principle of electric planer, a V-shaped plane was designed. In combination with drive system, cutting and fixing devices, the developed electric mulberry scion cutting machine has the features of simple structure, low cost, mechanization and labor-saving, high efficiency, and high grafting survival rate. The application trial showed that scions made by the machine could completely satisfy requirements for mulberry grafting. The survival rate of grafted samplings could reach over 90%, and the working efficiency was 3.5 times higher than that of manual cutting.
