摘要
针对CTW-320线切割机床无法实现复杂工件加工和无法使用图形界面软件的问题,对其进行改造。根据机床本身不包含嵌入式控制电路,直接采用工控机进行控制的特点,采用Windows98对其操作系统进行升级。利用Windows98操作系统DOS模式具有实时性的特点对机床进行控制;采用图形化控制软件代替了原有控制软件;利用中间数据格式实现了与其他CAD/CAM软件的数据兼容;采用RS-232串口实现机床工控机与其他计算机之间的通信,进一步改善了机床操作的灵活性并同时提高了加工效率。
Focusing on the inability of realizing complex geometry machining and using graphical user interface of CTW- 320 wire cutting machine, software updating was carried out. Updating of operating system by using Windows 98 is conducted for the industrial personal computer without embedded circuit. The DOS included in Windows 98 is employed in the control of wire cutting machine. Software with GUI was adopted to replace those without GUI. Neutral data format is introduced to exchange data among different software. RS-232 serial communication between different computers is implemented to improve the flexibility and efficiency of machining.
