摘要 压力容器多工作于极端恶劣工况下,有必要开展相关标准或规范的研究工作,评定存在缺陷的压力容器。ASME规范是较早地把断裂力学用于压力容器设计和缺陷评定的文件之一。ASME第Ⅲ卷附录G和ASME第Ⅺ卷附录A提供了评定厚壁压力容器缺陷危害性的线弹性断裂力学方法。本文讨论了与分析方法有关的试验方法、缺陷表示、工况环境、应力分析及所推荐的安全系数等有关方面,简要地探讨并指出了这些参数和方法对其他材料和非核结构的适用性。 It is necessary to carry out the related research of criteria and codes for evaluating the pressure vessel with flaw because of the extreme terrible working conditions. ASME code is one of the major files that are applied in fracture mechanics in designing structure and assessing defect. Among ASME code, appendix G in SectionⅢand appendix A in Section Ⅺ offers linear elastic fracture mechanics methods for risk evaluation of thick wall pressure vessel. In this paper, discussed and analyzed the experimental method, defect indication, working condition, stress analyses and the recommended assurance factors for pressure vessel. Finally, the paper briefly discussed the feasibility of the parameters and methods to other materials and no-nuclear structure.
