This paper described that taking MasterCAM as procedure development and movement platform, making use of ＂ Fplot C-hooks＂ function in MasterCAM and mathematical analysis methods to make human-computer interaction and achieve noncircular curve design. Made use of the CAM function （computer-aided manufacturing function） in MasterCAM to achieve processing of non-circular cam curve and Made use of check processing function to test the design of non-circular curve, analyze the rationality of its design, which optimized the mechanism of non-circular curve design by providing greater assistance.
