摘要
利用铁楔实体模型导入ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立电力液压防风制动器铁楔的有限元数值分析模型,进行网格划分和应变分析,得到铁楔在工作状态下的应力分布,从理论上验证了铁楔材料、结构形状等设计参数满足设计要求,进而验证铁楔作为关键结构件的可靠性,并提出改进设计建议方案。有限元分析以其实用性和优越性成为工程研究和设计工作中强有力的分析工具,在工程设计领域应用中得到发展普及。
The wedge practicality mode guiding ANSYS finite element analysis software is used. It built the finite element value analyzing mode of the electric hydraulic hurricane-proof brake to gridding compartmentalization and analysis meeting an emergency. It has obtained the stress distributing under the wedge working condition, validated the design parameter such as material, construction shape and so on and wedge from the theory to satisfy the design demand. Then to validate the dependability of the wedge which as a key parts, and put forward the improving design suggestion. The analyzing of finite element analysis is becoming a powerful analyzing tool in the engineering research and design work because of its practicability and advantages, and it is also popular in the engineering design field.
