摘要
注塑件的质量在很大程度上取决于浇注系统的布置、截面的尺寸、浇口的位置及数量的多少。本文运用流变学设计理论,结合聚合物熔体的流变行为及其成型工艺参数,分别对浇注系统的不同类型和结构建立相应的数学模型及其定量化的处理方法。借助Moldflow软件,对特定的注塑件进行计算机辅助分析,实现了对各个关键参数的优化设计,从而确定了相关注塑模具的优化设计参数,最终保证注塑件的质量,达到了合理设置工艺参数和提高产品质量的目的。
To a great extent, the quantity of Plastics parts being decided by injecting system arrange, the size of cutting, the quantity and position of injecting. In this paper, by applying the rheology theories, joining together the behavior flow of the polymer and its craft parameter, the difference showed the system to the different type that injecting to establish with the construction homologous mathematics model and its fixed amounts turn of handle method. Using the MOLDFLOW software system, analyzed the particular plastics a calculator assistance for proceeding, realized the each key parameter of excellent turning the design, made sure that the related noting the molding tool of excellent to turn design the parameter, to guarantee the quantity of the plastics parts in the end. The results showed that the parameter obtained reasonable design and improved the quality of products.
