摘要
履带车辆悬挂系统的扭杆是减震缓冲的关键承力元件,其受力是典型的疲劳载荷。车辆所处的环境因素对扭杆会产生影响。如果是处在足以引起腐蚀的环境中,例如南方的湿热气候条件,则扭杆在承受疲劳载荷的同时还会受腐蚀影响。在长江以南地区的履带车辆扭杆承受着疲劳载荷和疲劳腐蚀的双重影响。通过实地取样,系统地分析受力、断口、腐蚀等因素,得到了扭杆发生非正常早期断裂失效的原因并提出了对策。
The twisted bar is the key support element in the activity system of tracked vehicle, the load on which is the typical fatigue load, which is effected by the fatigue load and the fatigue corrosion, such as under the warm wet weather environment in the south. The paper studied the causation of fracture of the twisted bar, and put forward the countermeasure of that by means of field sampling and the analysis on load, fracture and corrosion element.
