摘要
联合应用ADAMS与Ansys,建立了全地形叉车的刚-柔耦合动力学模型,并根据叉车的实际工况对刚-柔耦合模型进行了掏箱作业和码垛作业的动力学仿真,得到了关键铰点的整个作业过程的受力历程曲线,确定了叉车在工作过程中的危险工况,为研究叉车在危险作业状态下的应力、应变分布规律提供了依据。
With the combined application of ADAMS and Ansys,the paper builds the rigid-flexible coupling model of all-terrain forklift,and applies unstuffing operation and palletizing operation simulations to the rigid-flexible coupling model in accordance with the actual working conditions of the forklift,thereby arrives at the load-carrying course curve of key hinge point in the entire operation and determines the dangerous working conditions of the forklift during the operation,providing basis for the study of forklift's stress and strain distribution rule under dangerous working condition.
