在役起重机械的安全可靠性研究

Study on safety and reliability of in-service hoisting machinery

结合起重机械设备的故障规律和可靠性理论以及安全评估理论,对在役起重机的安全可靠性进行研究。根据起重机械不同工作时期的使用特点,将安全可靠性研究分早期、中期、后期等3个阶段,针对每个阶段的重点关注问题,提出了比较科学适用的研究方法。

Combining the failure rules of the hoisting machinery,the reliability theory and the safety assessment theory,the papers studies the safety and reliability of the in-service crane.In the light of the application characteristics in different operation period of the hoisting machinery,divides the safety and reliability study into three phases like early-phase,mid-phase and late-phase,then gives more scientific and applicable study means specific to key problems of each phase.
