应变法测量焊接箱形梁焊缝材料的断裂韧度 被引量:1

摘要 针对起重运输机械领域测量焊接箱形梁焊缝材料断裂韧度研究方法少的问题,应用断裂力学、材料力学和数值分析理论进行理论推导,得到1种测量焊接箱形梁焊缝材料断裂韧度的试验新方法——应变法,并采用该方法测量了Q235钢板制成的焊接箱形梁焊缝材料的断裂韧度,为研究焊接箱形梁的裂纹扩展、载荷限制和断裂判断问题提供良好的支持。 On the basis of the limited research methods for the measure of the fracture toughness of the welding seam material of the welded box beam in the hoisting and conveying machinery field,this paper performs the theoretical derivation with the fracture mechanics,material mechanics and numerical analysis theory,and obtains a new method for testing the fracture toughness of the welding seam material of the welded box beam,the strain method,which is then adopted to measure the fracture toughness of the welding seam material of the welded box beam made with the Q235 steel plate.This method provides better support for the study of the crack propagation,load limit and fracture judgment of the welded box beam.
