摘要
介绍了在城市地铁的建设中,浅层盾构穿越铁路的施工经验,在防止既有铁路轨道的沉降、维护线路的几何状态、确保铁路行车安全、做好既有铁路路基边坡稳定和行车安全施工方面进行了实践探索。结果表明,隧道开挖穿越铁路时,通过采取可靠的土体改良、路基加固、盾构机的超前钻进打眼注浆、减缓推进速度、调整优化掘进参数等措施,盾构法完全能够满足浅层隧道施工要求。
The experience of shallow shield across the urban subway was studied. Practical exploration was made in preventing the sinking of existing railway track, maintaining the geometric state of track line, ensuring the safety of railway traffic, and keeping the stability of existing railway's side slope. The results show that shal- low shield configuration method can completely meet the engineering requirements when the tunnel goes through the rail by improving the soil condition, reinforcing foundation, grouting and drilling with tunnel boring machine in advance, slowing down the speed, adjusting and optimizing the tunneling parameters etc.
