Study on R&D Policy of Chinese Defense and Technology Diffusion between Civilian and Military

近10年来,国际上军事与民用技术研发投入呈现新的趋势,军民两用技术相互扩散、转移的特征和方向也随之发生了变化。对国际上主要发达国家和我国军民两用技术相互扩散、转移的特点和规律进行比较和分析,为我国加强军民两用技术R&D合作及制定相关政策提供借鉴和理论支持,以达到有效利用有限的国防预算发展经济的目标。

In the past decade,the character and direction of dual use technology has been changed,just because of the new trends of the world civil and military RD.The difference of character and rules of dual use technology diffusion and transfer between the main developed countries and Chinese is analyses,in order to give the theoretic support for setting up of Chinese promoting dual use technology policy,and to achieve the goal of developing our national economic and defense contracture by using the limited budget efficiently.
