摘要
对3种水稻土进行室内培养,采用二氯甲烷提取、液相分析和变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)技术研究了菲在3种水稻土中的可浸提性变化以及对土壤细菌多样性的影响。结果表明,添加菲的土壤处理,经过56d培养以后菲的可浸提性下降了56.5%~70.3%,没有添加菲的土壤下降了7.4%~28.4%。细菌多样性DGGE图谱分析表明,在研究的菲处理条件下土壤细菌种类基本相似,在菲提取量较高的水稻土中,出现了特有的细菌,可能具有降解菲的能力。
The extractability change of phenanthrene in 3 paddy soils and its effect on bacterium diversity were studied using high performance liquid chemography(HPLC)and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE)under laboratory incubation condition.The extractability of phenanthrene decreased by 56.5%~70.3%in paddy soils added phenanthrene after incubation for 56 d.However,the extractability only decreased by 7.4%~28.4%in control.DGGE analysis showed that the diversity of bacterium was similar roughly in all treatment,and specific bacteria appeared in the paddy soil with high extractability of phenanthrene.
