黄瓜细菌性白枯病菌寄主范围与生理生化特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 黄瓜细菌性白枯病是黄瓜生产上的重要细菌病害,开展该病菌寄主范围和生理生化特性研究,对做好该病防治有重要意义。试验结果表明在人工接种条件下该病菌可侵染黄瓜、茄子、番茄等24种作物,寄主范围较广;该病菌供试的10个菌株与绿黄假单胞菌(Pseudomonas viridiflava)在36项生理生化指标上反应一致,应同属于一个种。 As one of the critical bacterial diseases,cucumber bacterial white spot was consider to bring threat to cucumber production.Therefore,researches on the host range and physiological and biochemical characteristics of the pathogen would be favorable for the treatment of this disease.The results revealed that the pathogen could infect 24 crops such as cucumber, eggplant and tomato ect.Based on 36 identical physiological and biochemical characteristics of the pathogen,ten bacterial strains were congeneric with Pseudomonas viridiflava.
