高效液相色谱法测定蛋白粉中的三聚氰胺 被引量:1

摘要 蛋白粉经萃取,过PCX柱提纯后,采用Symmetry-C18柱,以庚烷磺酸钠缓冲溶液-甲醇(95∶5,V/V)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,测定蛋白粉中三聚氰胺的含量。该方法在1~100.0 mg/L范围内,相对标准偏差小于0.04%,标准曲线呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.999 1),最低检出限为1.0 mg/L,样品加标回收率为98.7%~104.0%,相对标准偏差小于0.4%,该方法能快速有效地测定蛋白粉中三聚氰胺的含量。 A HPLC method for the determination of melamine in protein powder was developed.Melamine in sample was extracted and purified by PCX column,then separated in Symmetry-C18 column with a mobile phase consisting of sodium heptanesulfonate and methanol(95:5,V/V)at 1.0 mL/min.The method showed a good linear relationship(r=0.999 1)for melamine of 1~100.0 mg/L with relative standard deviation was less than 0.4%,the detection limit was 1.0 mg/L,the recoveries ranged from 98.7%to 104%with relative standard deviations less than 0.04%.The method was a fast and accurate one for detecting melamine in protein powder.
