黄石市几种市售水果的重金属污染分析 被引量:8

摘要 以GB18406.2—2001无公害水果标准为评价依据,对黄石市4个市场的4种水果中Cd、Cr、Cu、Zn、Ni、As、Pb和Hg 8种重金属污染状况进行了分析评价。结果表明,黄石市售的橘子和苹果受重金属Cr和As污染较重,而草莓和樱桃番茄污染较轻;果皮中的重金属含量均大于果肉中的重金属含量;清洗方式不同,水果中重金属含量也不同,其大小顺序为不洗>用洗涤剂水浸泡5 min>用清水浸泡20 min;黄石市市售水果重金属污染以Cr(超标率95.8%)、As(超标率91.7%)和Pb(超标率33.3%)为主,同时,水果中Hg的潜在污染风险最大。 The pollution degree of heavy metals including cadmium(Cd),chromium(Cr),copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),nickel(Ni), arsenic(As),lead(Pb)and mercury(Hg)in 4 fruit samples of 4 markets in Huangshi was analyzed according to GB18406.22001.Results show that oranges and apples were heavily polluted by Cr and As,while the contamination of Cr and As on strawberries and cherry tomatoes was more lighter.The content of heavy metals in peal was higher than that of in pulp. Heavy metal contents in samples were different when different cleaning methods were used.The order is:No washingSoaking in detergent for 5 minutesSoaking in water for 20 minutes.Cr,Pb and As were the major heavy metal pollutants in the fruits of Huangshi city,meanwhile,the biggest potential risk of heavy metals pollutants is Hg.
