吉首紫菀植物群落的种间联结性研究

Study on the Interspecific Associations among the Species of Aster jishouensis Community

根据野外调查数据,运用种间联结指数及2×2列联表的χ2统计量,分别测定了吉首紫菀群落中物种总体关联性和群落中主要植物物种对间的联结性。结果表明,群落物种总体表现出一定程度的负关联,群落处于比较不稳定阶段。群落中10种主要植物物种的45个种对中,有15个种对表现出正关联,21个种对表现出负关联,9个种对表现为相互独立的关系,正负关联种对数比例为1.0∶1.4。吉首紫菀与其他9个物种之间只有2对表现为正联结,6对表现为负联结,但均未达到显著水平,且有1对表现为相互独立的关系。因此,要对吉首紫菀及其分布的群落进行重要保护,为吉首紫菀的生长提供良好的生态环境。

The total species association of Aster jishouensis community and the correlation between the main species pairs with the index of interspecies association and χ2 statistics of 2×2 contingency table in this study.The overall species in this community demonstrated negative correlation to some degree and the community was in a relatively unstable stage.Among the 45 species pairs of the main 10 plants in the community,there were positive correlation among 15 species pairs,and negative correlation among 21 species pairs,while no correlation among 9 species pairs.The ratio of the number of species pairs of positive correlation to that of negative correlation was about 1.0∶1.4.For the association between A.jishouensis and other 9 species,only 2 species pairs showed positive correlation,6 pairs showed negative correlation,and 1 pairs showed no correlation.These results indicated that improving local ecological environment to protect A.jishouensis and its community was necessary at present.
