绿茶饮料中铜、锌、铁、锰的火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定 被引量:5

摘要 以火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了绿茶饮料中铜、锌、铁、锰的含量。该方法铜、锌、铁、锰的样品加标回收率在90.0%~108.0%之间,精密度(样品相对标准偏差RSD)均小于2%(n=11)(除铜元素外),检出限均不高于0.004 6μg/mL。该法样品前处理简便、快捷,测定结果准确,适用于绿茶饮料中铜、锌、铁、锰的测定。 Four trace elements in green tea beverage's iron,zinc,manganese and copper were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The sample recoveries in this method of copper,zinc,iron,manganese,were in the range of 90.0% to 108.0%,RSDs were all less than 2%(n=11) except copper;and the detection limits were less than 0.0046μg/mL.This method has produced not only satisfactory results,but also many advantages including simple and convenience in the process of sample pre-treatment.So the method was suitable for being applied in determination of dram amounts of iron,zinc,manganese and copper in green tea beverage samples.
