摘要
介绍一种快速、经济、正确的测定蜂王浆中10—羟—△~2—癸烯酸(—HDA)的方法,灵敏度达5.3×10^(-9)mol/L,重现和回收试验的变异系数分别为6.42%和2.81%。先用聚酰胺薄膜层析将10—HDA 从其他羧酸中分离出来,然后用罗丹明 B 染成深红色,最后通过日本岛津 Cs—930双波薄层扫描仪定量。由于微量测定,该法适用于蜂王浆及其制品中10—HDA 的测定。
a rapit,inexpensive and accurate method has been developed to determine10-hydroxy-△_2-decencic acid in samples containing 5.3×10^(-9)mol/L.The coef-ficient variation of reproducibility and recovery were 6.42% and 2.81% respecti-vely.10-HDA was separated by thin layer chromatography on polyamide layerand was dyed with Rhodamin B.The method can be applied to the determinationfor a number of products of royal jelly.
