景观树种红翅槭组织培养中的不定芽诱导 被引量:7

摘要 建立红翅槭不定芽诱导培养体系,为红翅槭快速繁殖提供理论基础。在红翅槭愈伤组织诱导培养的基础上,进行不定芽的诱导培养。采用正交试验,研究基本培养基、激素对不定芽诱导的影响。结果表明,MS培养基有利于红翅槭不定芽的诱导,诱导率高达62.36%,且每个愈伤组织形成芽数较多,不同激素水平对红翅槭不定芽诱导影响不同,各激素对红翅槭不定芽诱导的影响大小依次为IAA﹥6-BA﹥KT;通过对不定芽生长情况的观察和正交试验结果可知,红翅槭不定芽诱导植物生长调节剂的最佳组合为A2B1C1,即MS+IAA 0.2 mg/L+KT 0.1 mg/L+6-BA 1.5 mg/L。建立了红翅槭不定芽诱导率与激素之间的关系模型。 Adventitious buds induction system of Acer fabri Hance was established to provide a theoretical basis for rapid propagation;and the induction of A.fabri Hance adventitious buds was based on the induction of callus.The effects of basic medium and hormone on the induction were studied by orthogonal design.The results showed that MS medium favored the callus induction as the induction rate reached 62.36%;and the number of buds per callus was relatively high.The adventitious buds induction effects differs according to different hormone levels.The effects of hormone on A.fabri Hance adventitious buds induction were IAA﹥6-BA﹥KT.According to the growth of adventitious buds and orthogonal test,the best combination of A.fabri Hance adventitious buds induction was A2B1C1,which was MS+IAA 0.2 mg/L+KT 0.1mg/L+6-BA 1.5 mg/L.The relationship model between A.fabri Hance adventitious buds induction rate and hormone was also established.
