摘要
选拔优秀大学生到农村任职,对提高农村干部的整体素质、建设社会主义新农村具有十分重要的意义。大学生"村官"政策实行以来,取得了很大的成效,但也面临着很多问题。出于社会主义新农村建设的需要,有必要设计一套大学生"村官"的长效管理机制。从高校培养、选聘、培训等各个环节出发,分别提出了相应的对策。
Selecting excellent college students to work as village officials in the countryside was very meaningful for the improvement of the overall qualities of rural cadres and the construction of a new countryside.Since the implementation of the countryside officials policy,good achievement had been made.However there still existed some problems.For the need of the construction of a new countryside,a long term mechanism of the countryside officials policy must be designed.The thesis proposed corresponding suggestions in such aspects as the college culture,student selection,training,etc.
