系统地梳理和概述了物流服务创新研究的相关文献,指出了现有研究成果的优点和不足之处,并提出了一些改进建议。
Logistics service innovation related literatures are reviewed and summarized systematically, the achievements and deficiencies of the existing researches are introduced, and suggestions for improvement are given.
