摘要
从实践出发,通过建立一个有效信息沟通系统整合物流外包中包括运作、监管在内的所有业务来提升外包资源整合力度,降低由于信息沟通不畅引起的外包风险。同时,该系统还强调了物流外包中供应商关系发展的概念。
The paper puts forward a practical and effective communication system covering the whole operational and regulatory processes among all relevant parties in contemporary logistics outsourcing to avoid risks and solve problems caused by inefficient communication. Running the system could also strengthen and improve supplier relationship with logistics providers.
